RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, including unopened products. Once a supplement has left our warehouse, we cannot guarantee its integrity and therefore cannot resell it.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us at hello@botanyhealing.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We are happy to cancel your order before it ships. A small 5% admin fee and credit card processing fee will be deducted.
Unfortunately, once your package has left our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order.
SALES PRICE PROTECTION
As a small company, we are unable to offer price adjustments for orders placed prior to a sale.
DISCOUNTS
Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one discount may be used per order.

Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): All products are manufactured in the USA in GMP-certified facilities.
Third-Party Testing: Each batch is tested by accredited labs for heavy metals, microbes, and toxins to ensure purity and safety.
Tamper-Evident Packaging: Do not use if the seal on the cap is broken or missing. If your product arrives without a seal, contact us immediately at hello@botanyhealing.com and do not consume the product.

Adverse Reactions: If you experience any unexpected or adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Please notify us at hello@botanyhealing.com so we can assist and document the case.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
