SHIPPING POLICY

We take great care in packing and shipping your order so it arrives safely. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, it is in their hands — and while we can’t control delays, damages, or lost shipments, we’ll always do our best to support you.

If you run into shipping issues, please reach out directly to the carrier with your tracking number. That said, you’re always welcome to contact our team at hello@botanyhealing.com and we’ll assist however we can.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and the carrier has already picked up your package, we are unable to process a refund. To attempt retrieval or redelivery, please contact the carrier directly.

SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship only within the contiguous U.S.

Free USPS ground shipping on orders above $60.

Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery, excluding weekends and holidays.

At this time, we are unable to ship outside the U.S.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking details to update.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@botanyhealing.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.
